Prior telemarketing experience (Minimum 6 months experience as a telemarketer)
Excellent Phone call manners & Ability to tolerate customer rejection.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Should have basic knowledge of Word, Excel & Internet browsing
To Prepare the MIS report, Documentation back-office support for daily basis
Check & reply all emails on daily basis
Ability to adapt to new processes within limited time frame
