This is a full-time position located in Noida or Gurgaon, aimed at junior professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales related to our real estate offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about customer service and sales.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in cold calling and effectively handling objections (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in CRM software to track and manage client interactions efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce for managing sales data and client information.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to foster client trust and satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets consistently.
