- Assisting customers for online purchase of health insurance plans telephonically.
- Pitching best suited insurance plans to the costumers
- Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.
- Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and proper follow ups
- Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customer might have.
- Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
