Job Description


- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and scripts. - Introduce products to potential customers and answer their inquiries. - Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services effectively. - Identify and generate sales leads through proactive engagement with potential customers. - Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities. - Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints. - Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve overall sales objectives. - Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors\' offerings. - Continuously strive to enhance personal sales skills and contribute to team performance.
