Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Call Existing And Potential Customers To Inform, Convince And Sell The Company's Services
• Develop And Sustain Solid Relationships With Customers To Encourage Repeat Business
• Accurately Record Details Of Customer's Orders
• Gain Comprehensive Service Knowledge To Enhance Performance
• Refer Customer Requests/Complaints To Designated Departments And Follow-Up To Ensure Action Has Been Taken
• Meet The Sale Target
