We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales of our digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads (PPC), website creation, and other related online solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and a proven track record in telesales.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our digital marketing services.
• Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, addressing client needs and pain points.
• Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, identifying potential opportunities.
• Schedule online or in-person meetings for sales representatives to further pursue qualified leads.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups, in our CRM system.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Handle objections and address client concerns professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close deals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Participate in sales training and development programs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry (1-2 years preferred but freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, website design, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients over the phone.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (and any other relevant language is a plus).
