We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing products and services, and generating leads.
• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into customers by effectively addressing customer needs, presenting product offerings, and negotiating deals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation of all communications and sales outcomes.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Follow-up: Follow up with customers to resolve inquiries and close sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and close deals over the phone.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address customer queries effectively.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Positive Attitude: Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for sales.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a team to achieve shared goals.
