Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Build report with prospects and identify their needs.
• Present and promote our products/services effectively.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
