Job Description

• Generate leads: Reach out to potential clients, identify their needs, and conduct research. This may involve making cold calls and delivering sales pitches.
• Meet sales targets: Exceed predetermined sales targets.
• Build customer relationships: Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and overall performance.
• Update customers: Inform customers about new products and launches, and record their reactions.
• Liaise with other departments: Address customer queries and complaints with the relevant department.
• Be aware of industry trends: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
• Be patient and polite: Use a customer-focused telephone manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
