Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products or services over the phone, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and a passion for sales, we want you on our team!Responsibilities:

• Outbound sales calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services and persuasively selling their benefits.
• Build and maintain customer relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Product knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing sales and generating revenue.
• Sales documentation: Accurately record sales information, update customer records, and maintain sales documentation in our CRM system.
• Follow-up on leads: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or other sources to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Handle objections: Address customer objections or concerns and overcome them through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products or services.

• Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and effectively convey sales messages.
• Persuasive nature: Ability to persuade and influence customers through effective sales techniques and strong interpersonal skills.
