Tele-Sales and Tele-Marketing
, client acquisition, and relationship management within the salon industry. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth for our professional hair and skin care product range. Excellent English communication skills and a go-getter attitude are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Tele-Sales & Client Acquisition:
Proactively reach out to salons via phone to introduce Aveo Professional products and services, generate leads, and acquire new clients.
Tele-Marketing:
Implement targeted tele-marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and managers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Growth:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our range of hair and skin care products.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, online resources, and networking.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Aveo Professional products and their benefits to effectively communicate value to clients.
Order Management:
Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Reporting:
Regularly report on sales performance, lead generation activities, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
Strong tele-sales skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Familiarity with hair and skin care products is a plus.
Must have a laptop or desktop.
