We are looking for

Telesales Executives

to join our team and drive

UG/PG course enrollments online

. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them toward the right educational programs. If you have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a target-driven mindset, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and counsel them on suitable

UG/PG courses

. Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to potential students. Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure a smooth admission process. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and increase conversions.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of experience

in telesales, inside sales, or academic counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven with a self-motivated approach. Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle student queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
