Telesales Executive

: Telesales Executive responsible for utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies' products and services. They generate leads for outside sales teams, manage customer accounts, and promptly resolve customer complaints.

Annual CTC Range : Fixed Salary Rs 2.8 Lac Per annum with maximum average monthluy salary of Rs 23K provided the candidate fulfills the key skills. Incentives as per policy

Must have Competencies:

Candidate should be Graduate, with MS Office hands on experience, especially MS Excel.

Explaining company Trading programs and offer to leads and handling client queries.

Should have a fairly good knowledge of the upselling convincing customer.

Cold calling, Data collection, Lead generation, Out bound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.

Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Very quickly absorb our product and service offerings.

Answer questions about the different program offering of the company

Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Keep on updating customer database/Lead generation database.

Contact potential or existing customers to explain them our products and services.

Track and document calls and sales

Work with targets

Communication Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi fluent in all three languages. Listening Skills, Empathy, Communication Skills & Convincing Power

Responsibilities :

Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.

Processing all customer purchases accordingly.

Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
