The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting the products and services of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport over the phone, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team and management to meet sales targets, expand customer reach, and enhance brand awareness in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Lead Generation:
• Contact potential customers through outbound calls (cold calling, follow-up calls) to promote QSR products/services.
• Qualify leads and convert prospects into regular customers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Provide product information and offer tailored solutions based on customer preferences and needs.
• Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
• Sales Support & Administration:
• Update and maintain customer information and sales activity records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and send quotations, promotions, and special offers to potential clients.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Support the team with market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Promotions and Marketing:
• Drive awareness of promotional offers, discounts, and new product launches via phone outreach.
• Assist in promoting the QSR brand and its values to potential customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers based on their preferences and purchase history.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales within the QSR or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to sell in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Experience with CRM software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of the QSR industry and its products is a plus.
