Job Description
Job Title: TeleSales Executive (Outbound Voice Sales Process)
Location: Pune
Job Summary - We are looking for dynamic individuals who will be responsible to speak with customers keen on purchasing Life Insurance Policy. They would need to convince the customers to pay the Premium Amount while online speaking with them.
Languages
- Excellent English Communication
- Any Regional Language apart from Marathi will be an added advantage
Requirements
- Preferable in Insurance. Minimum 2 to 3 years (Face to face sales experience considered as well)
- Should know products of the earlier company well
- Aggressive in closing sales & self-motivated individual
- Good at basic maths calculations- Calculation of of age from DOB, simple basic multiplications
- Presentable personality (clothing/appearance should be apt for video calling if required)
- No Break in Job Allowed.
- Should be willing to do Rotational Day Shifts along with Rotational Week Offs.
Salary
- INR 20,000/- CTC to INR 30,000/-
