Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about the company's offerings.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Record customer details and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to communicate effectively with customers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
