Key Responsibilities :

• Sales:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular calls.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Follow-up with leads or customers to ensure satisfaction and retain business.
• Database Management :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Track and document calls, sales, and customer feedback.
• Market Research :

• Reporting :
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and lead conversion.
