• •Must have experience in telesales and excellent communication skills in English, Hindi. •
• •Hybrid / Work from home after two month depending upon performance. •

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

• Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred
• Computer literate - Should have basic knowledge of Excel.
• Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences
• Good verbal skills - Hindi and English

Responsibilities

• Connect to the customer to make them aware about platform and invite them to visit our website and purchase our subscriptions & products
• Dealing with incoming email, chats and calls
• Correspond on behalf of the management
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
• Addressing clients & uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
• Have good communication skills (Marathi / Hindi / English Languages)
• Noting important details of each conversation
