Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our digital marketing services. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and provide information about our services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and close deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings to provide informed responses.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
