Our innovative online B2B service makes us a pioneer in our field. We are currently recruiting for the role of Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The job involves calling potential B2B prospects to promote our online products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2 years of tele-sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales.
• Preferred B2B sales experience in the domestic market and exceptional B2C sales candidates will also be considered.
• Excellent sales tactics and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi.
• Age limit: up to 30 years.
Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly Starting Salary in Hand: Rs. 22,000.
• Salary Increment: Every 6 months for sales performers.
• Progressive Monthly Salary Offer:
• Rs. 22,000 for the first 6 months.
• Rs. 23,000 for the 7th to 12th months.
• Rs. 25,000 for the 13th to 18th months.
• Rs. 28,000 for the 19th to 24th months.
• Additional 10% increment on 'Basic+DA' part of the salary every year.
• Lucrative spot daily incentives, weekly incentives, and incentive holidays are offered.
• Local travel allowances are included in the salary.
• Promotion criteria based on three months of consistent performance, offered at the time of appointment.
Training:
• Comprehensive training over 6 days, with certification to qualify for on job training on the 7th and 15th days by our quality team members.
• On job training for a further 15 days with on-floor support.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, persuasive speaking, and rapport-building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads, appointments, and customer data.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and telephony systems.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
