Requirements :

1. Ability to empathize with students and parents, building strong relationships through conversations.

2. Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.

3. Proven expertise in converting leads into sales.

4. Experience working with CRM systems.

5. Fluency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory.

6. Strong listening and presentation skills.

7. Education : Any Graduation is must.

roles and responsibilities:

1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.

2.Understand customer needs and requirements, and pitch suitable programs.

3. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

4. Provide information regarding admissions requirements, enrollment procedures, and other related processes to students, parents, and guardians.
