Role & Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 26/05/2024
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
- Setting up Appointments ( Online and Offline/Physical ) for our Sales Team.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and the solutions.
- Understanding customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements by asking questions and helping in closing the deals.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation by handling grievances if any
- Facilitating companies\xe2\x80\x99 sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales/Appointments setting quota.
- Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
- Submitting daily progress reports.
- 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
- Knowledge of a CRM and telephone systems.
- Efficient with English and Hindi..
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
- Telecaller should have excellent communication skills, typing skills, technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, persuasiveness, patience, and persistence.
