Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database.
• Introduce and explain the benefits of natural health supplements tailored to the needs of senior citizens.
• Build a rapport with customers to create a need and interest in the product.
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Persuasive and empathetic with a customer-first attitude.
• Prior experience in tele sales or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
• Basic computer literacy for database and CRM usage.
