Job Title: Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our coaching firm specializing in UGC-NTA NET/JRF and CUET-PG & UG and online tutoring services and coaching for entrance exam preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into enrolments.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Proactively reach out to potential students via phone, using leads provided by the company.
- Gather data from incoming inquiries (calls, website registrations, social media, etc.) and follow up.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Explain the details of our coaching programs for UGC-NTA NET/JRF and CUET-PG & UG and online tutoring services and coaching for entrance exams clearly to potential students.
- Address any questions or concerns students may have about the course content, schedules, fees, and other services.
- Stay updated with course changes and new offerings to provide accurate information.
3. Sales & Conversion:
- Persuade potential students to enrol in the coaching programs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to student concerns in order to close sales.
4. Follow-Up:
- Regularly follow up with prospects who haven't yet enrolled to maintain interest.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
5. Customer Service:
- Build rapport with students and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrolment process.
- Assist students with the registration process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Handle after-sales queries and ensure that students are satisfied with the initial stages of their coaching experience.
6. Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on lead status, sales, and follow-up activities to the sales manager.
- Suggest areas of improvement in sales techniques and product offerings based on feedback from prospects.
Job Specification:
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of UGC-NTA NET/JRF & CUET and online tutoring services and coaching for entrance exams will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must have a clear and persuasive phone manner.
- Sales Skills: Ability to influence and persuade potential students to sign up for courses.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to handle student queries patiently and ensure their satisfaction.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
