Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Infopark, Kochi
Salary: Starting at INR 10,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote our services/products.
• Follow up on leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into closures.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain and update the database of customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely records.
• Provide information about our offerings and answer customer queries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company objectives.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of the company's products/services to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals within deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
