MAIN DUTIES
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone and email.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
Convert inquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets Student
Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
Contacting candidates, arranging interviews and adding new candidates on to company databases.
Matching applicants to suitable courses at Universities and working towards the University application process
Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
Advising potential students on education opportunities in the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, US.
Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, accommodation and preparing students for their studies.
Liaising with students, other offices, and client institutions.
Undertaking project work as decided by the Manager Counselling, or Senior Heads.
Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
Meeting daily target and submitting sales report
Qualifications/Skills/Experience :
• Should be a graduate in any stream.
• Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)
• Experienced (in same field) candidate will be preferred.
• Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Pleasing personality.
• Preferably from Ed-tech industry.
