We are seeking a dedicated Telesales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, effectively addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting our healthcare services and converting leads into patients.
Collaborate closely with our medical team to provide accurate and timely patient information and solutions.
Build strong relationships with patients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Utilize CRM software to maintain detailed patient records and track performance metrics.
Contribute to a positive and patient-centric team environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, with a strong preference for telephony experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
