The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and an ability to understand customer needs to provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, email outreach).
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of products/services.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies and goals.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
• Timely reporting to the team head/Lead: Report to the Sales Team Lead/Sales head according to the instructions within the specified time
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the ed-tech industry will be preferred
Skills:
