A Tele sales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, promoting products or services, and handling customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls : Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling or follow-up on warm leads to generate sales.
• Customer Engagement : Identify customer needs, present relevant product or service offerings, and provide detailed information to guide purchasing decisions.
• Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead Generation : Identify and prospect new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and qualify them to create a solid sales pipeline.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, follow-ups, and addressing concerns.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or databases.
• Objection Handling : Overcome customer objections and negotiate terms to close sales successfully.
• Post-Sales Support : Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after sales and providing necessary support or assistance.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• A customer-oriented approach and a problem-solving mindset.
• Prior tele sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous.
