Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound and Inbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and offering relevant products or services.
• Qualify leads through phone conversations and assess customer needs to recommend suitable solutions.
• Product/Service Promotion:
• Present product or service offerings clearly, focusing on the benefits and value to the customer.
• Explain pricing, features, and promotions to potential clients.
• Answer customer questions and provide detailed product information.
• Sales Generation and Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals.
• Maintain a steady flow of outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities.
• Use persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve revenue goals.
• Lead Management and Data Entry:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Track and report sales activities, conversions, and follow-up actions.
• Manage and update customer databases to ensure lead and customer information is accurate.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers after the initial call to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs.
• Suggest relevant add-ons or upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
• Market Research and Feedback:
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management about customer preferences, objections, and market trends.
• Monitor competitors' offerings and suggest new sales strategies based on market changes.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow data protection regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and customer feedback.
