Key Responsibilities
• Cold Calling : Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the company's products and services to generate leads and sales.
• Sales Conversion : Leverage your experience to convert cold leads into successful sales through persuasive and solution-oriented communication.
• Customer Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Multilingual Communication : Use fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English to address diverse customer needs and deliver a tailored sales approach.
• Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
• Market Feedback : Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Database Management : Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and maximize customer engagement.
• Problem Solving : Address customer concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Experience : Minimum of 2+ years in cold calling, tele sales, or a similar sales role.
• Languages : Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English is mandatory.
• Sales Acumen : Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and telecommunication platforms.
• Problem-Solving : Strong ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Resilience : Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while driving results.
• Adaptability : Flexibility to manage a diverse customer base and adapt to changing business requirements.
