Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential and existing customers to pitch products/services and generate sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products/services to meet their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings and effectively communicate their value.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls with interested customers and manage a pipeline of leads.
• CRM Systems: Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, objections, and market trends.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Work Location: In person
