Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for personal loans.
• Handle inbound calls, providing information on loan products and services.
• Guide customers through the personal loan application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned by the team lead.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the CRM.
• Address customer concerns, offering solutions and managing follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a telecaller in the personal loan sector.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Strong understanding of personal loan products and related customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
