About the Role :
We are thrilled to announce 30 open positions for Investment Coaches to join our dynamic team. As an Investment Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers to achieve their financial and investment goals. Working within our contact center, you will engage with clients through tele calling and provide tailored investment advice. This is a performance-driven role where your expertise and customer-centric approach will directly impact users' financial success.

Location:Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement and Telecalling :
• Proactively connect with customers via telecalling to understand their investment needs and financial goals.
• Educate clients on various investment options, including mutual funds, stocks, fixed-income products, and insurance.
• Build rapport and maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Investment Advisory and Coaching :
• Conduct personalized financial assessments to identify suitable investment products for customers.
• Provide expert advice on investment strategies, portfolio diversification, and risk management.
• Stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities to offer informed recommendations.
• Target Achievement and Sales :
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and customer conversion targets for investment products

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Commerce.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of various investment products and risk management strategies
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Industry certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus

Good to Have Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success.
• Prior experience in selling financial products such as mutual funds or insurance.
