Telesales Executive
Job Description
Location: Khelgaon Ranchi
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients to promote real estate properties through outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about properties and services.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and progress.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, or the regional language.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
