Designation: Sales Executive (Female candidate) Responsibilities:
- Engage with users on our platform through various communication channels (chat, voice, video).
- Understand users\' preferences, interests, and relationship goals to provide personalized recommendations and support.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote our services and convert leads into active users.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with users.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for building relationships.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and using virtual communication tools.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
