Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Job Location: Hyderabad, Telagana Salary: 15k to 20k Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating sales or leads. The ideal candidate should be fluent in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in conversation.
• Actively engage in cold calling, prospecting, and networking to generate new business opportunities
• Present and explain our products or services to potential customers.
• Answer incoming calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Multitask efficiently by managing multiple calls and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while conducting calls.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and individually.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 98,086.00 - 928,372.92 per month Schedule:
