We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, and renewals.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Handle customer objections and present effective solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services quickly and explain them clearly to customers.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and telephone etiquette.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
