Profile Summary:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. This individual will generate sales leads, handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and assist customers with vehicle inquiries. The Tele Sales Executive will work towards meeting sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Generate leads by identifying prospective buyers and qualifying them through effective questioning.
• Follow up on inbound leads, ensuring regular contact, and maintaining an organized database of customer interactions.
• Product Knowledge and Consultation:
• Provide detailed information about vehicles, dealership promotions, financing options, and after-sales services.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers, answering queries about specific vehicle models, features, prices, and availability.
• Suggest suitable vehicles to customers based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
• Sales Process Management:
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to finalizing the sale.
• Schedule test drives, appointments, and consultations for potential customers with the sales team.
• Assist in preparing offers, quotes, and sales documentation for customers.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchasing experience and offer post-sale support when required.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system.
• Track and report sales progress, including lead conversion rates, sales numbers, and customer feedback.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the dealership's sales team, management, and support staff to achieve sales targets.
• Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in telesales, telesales, or a similar role, ideally within the automotive or dealership industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Sound understanding of automotive products, services, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
