Job Title: Customer Care Executive (International Sales)

Location: Gurugram

Type: Full-time

Salary: - 20k to 25k

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in international sales and chat process.

The successfulcandidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential clients, managingreal-time chat interactions, and driving revenue growth through excellent communication andcustomer-focused selling.

? Make proactive sales calls to potential clients across international markets,presenting products and services, and closing sales.

? Strong selling and negotiation skills .

? Computer savvy A degree in logistics, marketing, or international trade

? Hard working and multi-tasking

? Knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry

? Excellent communication and building relationship

? Problem solving skills

? Excellent customer service mindset

? Handle incoming chat inquiries, respond to customer questions, provide productinformation, and resolve issues in real time.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients bydelivering excellent customer service and support.

? Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by continuously improving salestactics and building customer rapport. Stay updated with the latest product features,promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information tocustomers.

? Log all sales activities, chat interactions, and customer details in the CRM systemaccurately for future reference

.Qualifications:

? Fresher or minimum of 1 year of experience in a related industry

? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field isa plus.

? At least 1 year of experience in international tele sales and chat process, preferably within a similar industry.

? Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

? Familiarity with CRM software, chat support tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications

.? Strong persuasive abilities, with a knack for understanding customer needs andclosing deals. Willingness to work flexible shifts to accommodate different timezones.

? English - Professional competence in reading/listening/writing/speakingKey
