Telecaller/Telesales - Fintech/NBFC Domain

Experience: 1+ year in NBFC/Fintech company, specifically in telecalling/customer acquisition

Gender- Female

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers for Payday Loan products

2. Pitch products to customers and address queries

3. Convert leads into successful loan applications

4. Ensure timely document receipt from customers

5. Maintain high-quality customer interactions and relationships

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of telecalling experience in NBFC/Fintech domain

2. Proven track record in selling financial products (Payday Loans)

3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills

4. Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions

5. Strong lead conversion and closing skills

6. Familiarity with fintech industry trends and regulations

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Desirable Skills:

1. Prior experience with NBFC or fintech companies

2. Knowledge of financial products and services

3. Familiarity with CRM software

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills

Education: Graduation in any discipline

Language: English
