Key Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through calls to
introduce Cogoport, understand their business needs, and generate leads for the sales
pipeline.
• Customer Profiling: Gather insights on customer pain points, shipment requirements, and
business challenges to tailor future interactions.
• Managing Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with
customers, ensuring a smooth shipment process from booking to delivery, and addressing
any issues that arise.
• Handling Inquiries & Complaints: Serve as the first point of contact for customers with
inquiries or complaints. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective
resolution..
