Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects and customers, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Calling & Following up with potential NIIT learners to propagate NIITs mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
• Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
• Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions
