Job Description
Job Title: TeleSales Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana 122016
Salary: ?25,000 to ?28,000 CTC
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 9 pm, rotational for males)
Languages Required: Punjabi, Gujarati
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle insurance sales process through various BPO channels.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Qualifications:
• Graduate from any field.
• Versant 5 Certified.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no MTI or RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors.
• Proficient in English and Hindi writing skills.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field or BPO sales experience.
