Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: Up to ?30,000 per month (based on previous salary)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales, with a preference for experience in insurance sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (insurance sales experience is preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets (incentive proof and salary slip required)
• Bank statement required to verify salary and incentives
• Excellent communication skills
