Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing sales orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system. Effectively close sales and facilitate payments over the phone.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery to customers.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the sales cycle.
Address customer inquiries and handle objections with professionalism.
Monitor and track customer feedback, complaints, and requests, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
leads generations through cold calling.
Coordinate pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers and sales team.
Managing end to end sales backend activities: Booking of order, dispatch of products and collection of payment.
Respond to Online enquiries through India Mart and company's website.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Sales / Closing of Leads.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry or Related industry. Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer service best practices.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to process payments over the phone.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Preferred female employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
