:
The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients provided by the company.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients over the phone.
Sales Presentations and Pitches:
- Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches to convert prospects into customers.
Sales Conversion:
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a related role.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and handle objections.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Other Requirements:
- Must own a laptop suitable for business use.
- Must own an Android mobile phone.
