Position: Telesales Executive

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.

Identify and qualify sales leads and opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries effectively.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales or a related field.

Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
