Roles and Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and informing them about our recruitment services. Manage incoming inquiries and provide information regarding our service offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details using CRM software. Create and manage customer profiles, ensuring all data is up-to-date and relevant. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with potential clients and internal teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services. Handle customer complaints and objections professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
