Job Description

Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present and promote products/services. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Achievement:

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle objections effectively to close sales.

Lead Management:

Identify and qualify potential leads through active communication. Maintain an updated database of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on company offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers. Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
